At GeoBuzz 2024 in Den Bosch, Geodelta proudly announced that the Dutch Cadastre (Kadaster) has selected Delfy, Geodelta's innovative surveying product. Delfy emerged as the best choice in the extensive "Map-Based Measurements" tender, where multiple providers were evaluated.
The Cadastre's decision underscores the reliability and quality of Geodelta’s solutions for surveying applications. Delfy has a long history but was completely redeveloped a few years ago to meet the current demands of surveying practices. The Cadastre’s surveyors are enthusiastic about Delfy’s user-friendliness and capabilities. The aim is to enable surveyors to perform their work more efficiently through standardized controls and a uniform approach. The implementation is expected to be completed by 2025.
Why Delfy?
Delfy is specifically designed to support surveyors in their daily activities. At the core of Delfy is Geodelta’s new adjustment engine, originally developed for photogrammetric adjustments. This engine has been optimized to process large volumes of observations at lightning speed. Thanks to this optimization, Delfy can perform continuous adjustments in the background without interrupting the user. This ensures a smooth workflow and reliable results.
The Cadastre’s choice confirms the strength of Delfy’s unique features. Already successful among engineering firms, Delfy is now proving its value to major organizations like the Cadastre.
